Mental Health and Technology. A Study on the Knowledge of People of all Ages

Data gathering and support for mental health have entered a new era because of technology. The public, medical professionals, and researchers now have new options to seek assistance, track progress, and deepen their understanding of mental health thanks to mobile devices including cell phones, smartphones, and tablets. Moreover, data analysis and artificial intelligence are playing a significant role in this industry. Increased screen time, social isolation, cyberbullying and decreased physical exercise are all negative effects of technology on mental health. Technology has enhanced access to mental health services and assistance, increased self-awareness and mindfulness, and reduced the stigma associated with mental illness.

Dr Neha Mishra is Ph D from Mumbai University.She has Post Doctoral work experience from IIT-Bombay in the field of Biochemistry. She has to her credit 1 book on Medicinal plants, more than 50 Research papers published in various research journals of national and international repute. Her work has been awarded by several reputed organizations. She has couple of patent under her name, She has a main interest in Synthesis of Natural Products, Polymer Chemistry, Stereochemistry In vitro enhancement of Secondary metabolites, Virology and Animal cell culture etc. A life member of Indian Science Congress, and State level Chairperson of Medicinal Chemistry at Women Economic Forum, Dr Mishra has also done her MBA from Mumbai University, She is also recognized teacher of Mumbai University for Ph D degree. She is also a member of the editorial board in Acta Scientific of Microbiology and other international journals.
